The challenge :
- Within JORI's production department, you are responsible for developing, managing and monitoring the quality policy
- You ensure a performing system that guarantees the quality of incoming materials, for the production process and for the finished products that leave our factory.
- You identify system and quality problems and propose the necessary measures for improvement.
- You critically analyse the results and suggest improvements in the processes.
- You liaise with suppliers and handle quality questions
- As quality manager, you are the central point of contact for any complaints.
- You manage the production specifications and adjust them where necessary.
- You coordinate the approach to hygiene, safety and environment.
- You report to the Management.
The perfect match :
- You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least three years of experience within quality control in a production environment.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- You have a solid knowledge of Excel and Word. You can easily learn a proprietary ERP package.
- You have an affinity with figures and you have an analytical mind.
- You are creative in finding solutions and optimisations.
- You communicate openly and professionally.
- You have good organisational skills and always know how to use your time optimally
- You are perceptive and you are solution oriented.
