Next, enter the furniture shop where you bought the model and the date on which the furniture was delivered to you. Finally, click 'confirm' to send us your data.

In case you have bought more than 1 model, please click the 'add model' button again (before hitting the 'confirm' button) and fill in the details of the second model purchased by you. Then, click 'confirm'.
